The rewarding results from a very high-risk shoot. A group of seven people helped to make this shoot possible, with the most thanks going to: LGFuad for braving the adventure and using her experience on both sides of the rope to maintain control in a difficult situation; and to FuriousGeorge for making the rope happen by providing the actual rigging and climbing skills needed to pull this off. I also want to point out that both of them are medically trained, and we had assistants and spotters at various key points for the shoot. In short: I don’t recommend trying this at home, kids!
I encourage visitors to read the post Risk and Reward in Rope Photography about the risks involved in this shoot and our attempts to reduce them.
