Image Delivery
I will select and edit the images from our shoot that I feel best represents our work together. I will deliver those images to you in digital form, either through this website or through a third-party hosting service.
I make no guarantee about the number of images to be delivered or the timeline in which they will be delivered.
Image Usage
Unless we have negotiated a different agreement (see “Contracts & Model Releases” below), I typically use the images we create in the following ways:
- Portfolio at maiitsohyazhi.com with public and “members-only” galleries
- Social media sites, including Instagram and/or Fetlife
- Paid services, such as Patreon
- Prints for sale through maiitsohyazhi.com
- Publication or submission to competitions, charity events, etc. (rare)
Copyright Ownership
All photographs on this site are created by Ma’iitsoh Yazhi Photography and are copyrighted with all rights reserved unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Attribution Requirement
When sharing images from this site for any purpose permitted below, clients should properly attribute the work, including other participants of the work according to their stated preferences.
Attribution of the photographer is always expected in one or more of the following forms, as best suited for the method of sharing:

Client Usage Rights
Clients are provided access to images to which they contributed in some way: either as model, stylist, artist, or other collaborator. Clients may view and download these images for their personal viewing and use, for sharing on social media with proper attribution, and for promoting their own work and/or services.
Commercial use of these images is not permitted. However, models may use images in which they appear for paid services (such as OnlyFans, Fansly, etc.).
Clients are permitted to crop images as needed for best presentation in various social media platforms. Clients are also permitted to overlay text for promotional or educational purposes. Clients should not perform other types of editing or alteration without express permission.
Clients should not create derivative works from these images without prior written consent.
Data Loss
I disclaim any responsibility for data loss or damage to images due to technical issues beyond reasonable control. While I make efforts to retain final edited versions of all images I create and share through this site, it is the client’s responsibility to access, download, and backup images once shared with them. I do not guarantee access to images beyond 30 days of initial delivery.
Contracts and Model Releases
Clients are encouraged to reference the specific contract and/or release negotiated for our work together. In my non-paid contracts, I provide models and other participants extensive rights in decided which images may or may not be displayed, how those images may or may not be attributed, which platforms and/or services the images may or may not be used, and the option to request specific edits to preserve anonymity.
Generic contracts and releases are listed here for your reference, but the binding agreements are those we negotiated together for each specific shoot, and these generic contracts and releases in no way override those specific agreements.
